2016 was a good season for us although we only race 4 times, we had the fastest lap times we ever had. We did not get the finishes we wanted but 2017 looks promising. Thank you to our sponsors- McNamara's Automotive, Packaging Concept Consulting and The Auger Family. And thank you to all that have helped us this year- John McNamara, Walt Mills, Tom Smith, Rich Livernois, PJ Boucher and Tom Cunningham. Thank you to my family for the support.

We have prepared the car for the IceBreaker at Thompson. The car is not yet painted but we will make it. Unfortunatly mother nature has not cooperated with the original schedule of the IceBreaker so it has been moved out a week to April 7th-9th. For details of the day, visit ThompsonSpeedway.com

We had a pretty good weekend. The car had carburetor issues but we figured it out just in time for the heat race. We started 6th and jumped up to fourth with a good start but fell back to 6th with only 2 laps to go. That finish had us starting in 12th for the feature. We moved to 11th off the start where we stayed until the last lap when a car spun out in font of us giving us a 10th place finish. toward the end of the race the car started to run warm and water sprayed on the windshield. A radiator hose sprung a leak but luckily held on to the finish. We have some work to do before May 21 to get the car painted and figure out how to get it a little faster.

We had some problems with the power steering in practice that we were able to get it fixed for the heat race. We started in the middle of the pack and needed to finish in the top 8 to qualify for the feature since there were 35 cars in our division. At the start, it was rough since one car in the front row did not go. Once everyone got situated, we finished in 6th. In the feature, we started 20th and was able to avoid some carnage in the beginning. Unfortunately we got spun and had to restart in the back. We made it up to 11th only to get spun once again with only 4 laps to go. We finished 15th with a beat car.

Had a good run tonight. Only had 2 practices. After the first one we made a spring change which made the car better in the second. After a couple small adjustments before the heat, the car was better. Started 1st in the heat. Gave a couple of cars that normally go right by a little bit of a battle. We ended up 4th in the heat. Started 4th in the feature but got held up on the start and things got a little rough. After finishing a lap, there was a caution which put us in 6th. Was able to fight back and was staying in the 5th and 6th position. Had a great battle with Jessie Gleason but he was able to get the spot and we finished 6th. Our best finish in a long time.

Things started off well but finished pretty rough. Practice was uneventful. The heat went well. Started and finished 4th. In the feature, Started 3rd but over drove into turn 3 getting sideways and sliding high then came back down the track into some contact, dropped back quite a few positions. Then got pinched into the wall coming out of turn 2 dropping back a few more spots. Then on a restart someone lost control and spun in front o most of the field. We and others got damaged pretty bad and could not finish the race. We have some work to do before the next race on Sunday 9/10

Practice went well and we tried some things to the set up that helped improve the car. In the heat race we got right to 3rd and tried for second but slid up the track into the 11 spinning us both out. We then restarted at the rear of the field and made it up to 5th before the end of the race. In the feature, we started 13th and quickly made it to 9th. We bounced between 9th and 8th the entire race crossing the line in 8th. A DQ a tech inspection moved us up to 7th. With one race to go, we have some set up ideas to hopefully finish out the season strong. See you at the World Series in October!
2017 Goals
  1. Top 5 Finishes
We are looking to be a top 5 car in 2017.
  2. No DNFs
We will not be running a full season but expect to prepare the car between each race so we can eliminate any DNFs
  3. Heat Race Win
We will be looking for our first heat race win
Our Cars
02- Is a car that has been around for many years and has been driven by many drivers such as Scott Fanning, Joe Polonski and Will Wall.
54- Was built by Mark and Mike Palin with help from Rick Turcotte.  It was the first PAR car that hit the track for the first time in 2007.  In 2011 it hit the wall hard and was repaired for the 2015 season but was once again destroyed at Monadnock Speedway.  The car is currently being rebuilt
